Happy hump day!! yes, the infamous day occuring once every week has rolled around again and surprisingly, i am not any more thrilled about it this time around, than i was when monday rolled around.

I had a rather enjoyable weekend though which included a trip to St. Louis with Joe for a Cardinals game--my first ever at that (though i was present for the Parade of Champions when the team won the world series back in 2006)!! Our seats were quite economically inclined being $12.50 and although most every college student could find that affordable, our high altitude view of the field could also attest to the fact that as a college student i find cheap entertainment certainly worth my while! Really though...
I did have alot of fun!

The rest of the weekend was pretty much spent on the couch which was awesome. but, unfortunately my lack of enthusiasm for my homework led to the usual procrastination and therefore...crunch time! Sunday wrapped up with the once-a-month Social Mentor meeting that involved planning a few events for the freshmen, and then finaly the chapter meeting for my sorority, Theta Phi Alpha.
All in all it was a good weekend. Now, of course I am back to tediously working through my To-Do list and planner trying to make sure i tackle everything that i need to finish this week. For those of you who sometimes find it difficult to get organized, Rockhurst has many helpful links on the website listed under the
Counseling Center. Feel free to browse through a couple of them...especially the ones about study habits!
On the plus side though...I am done traveling for quite a few weeks now and therefore can finish settling into the school-work-homework-everything else routine of any normal college student.
